More than 30% of Spandau includes green areas, woods and
agricultural area. There is more than 874 ha of water area which
consists of rivers Havel and Spree and small lakes which enable
a nice relaxation point in the nature.
Not only nature, but there are nice architectural sightseeing points in Spandau, like the fortress Spandau which is said to be the oldest such building in Berlin.
All this and the city of Berlin
is easily reachable from the

need 10 minutes to Messe
(Fair) and 20 minutes to the
Berlin centre.
